Native to Rogers, Arkansas, I am a first-generation Mexican-American. I am 27 years old, happily married to my wife Julia Ayala-Ballesteros. On my free time, I enjoy swimming at our pool - inviting my nieces and nephews over for some quality family time, running (training for a marathon), and reading.

My name is Harry Cummins and I was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. I am a Catholic high School graduate and recently graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in May of 2022. At the University of Arkansas, I studied finance with a concentration in real estate. I also received a minor in marketing. I currently work for First service Bank in Little Rock as a mortgage loan officer. I am new to the mortgage business and think the Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas would be a great resource to utilize for networking and growth in this wonderful industry.

I have been a mortgage lender since 2020 but spent time as a processor and assistant before then. Mortgage is a huge part of who I am and I love what I do. I hope to further my experience with MBAA future leadership.

I have served the banking and finance industry for 12+ years through retail banking and leadership roles. In 2017, I entered the mortgage industry through the operation and servicing roles at Arvest Mortgage division. I have 6 years of mortgage experience, with 3 of those being in lending. I'm excited to further my education in mortgage in order to better serve my community!

I was born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico, but have been a resident of Jonesboro, Arkansas since the age of five. I have been fortunate to be part of such a caring and inclusive community that has offered my family opportunities beyond my imagination. My primary goal is to develop my leadership abilities further, aiming to reciprocate the support and assistance my family and I have received from this community. Apart from my dedication to personal growth and community involvement, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I am also passionate about music, fitness, and camping.
